Cannot connect to Live with Cellular Data?

Infinite Flight Live is designed to be widely accessible with a multitude of data providers. A strong WiFi connection is recommended as the first option. If you find that connecting via WiFi does work just fine, but when switching to your cellular data it does not, please read the following. 

Infinite Flight Live requires the cellular data carriers port 10100 to be open; if you are connecting through a cellular network, make sure your carrier doesn't block port 10100. 
You may want to contact your provider for details and discuss options. 
If the carrier has a suggestion for a work around we can possibly implement, please forward that detailed information to us and we will see what might be possible.
