Some of our users have contacted us about sound issues. Even though the sound button is enabled in the app, no sound is coming out.
Most of the time, the sound works when earphones are plugged in, try this as a first option. If it does, then your device is most likely on "Mute".
Unmute your device to make the sound work in the app without the earphones.
